Detailed explanation for Math Continue counting; up to 10

Counting is about determining the quantity. Where can we use it? To count the coins and determine if we have enough to buy a cake. To understand how many sandwiches to take for a picnic if there are five people in the family. We need counting to figure out how many days are left until the New Year.

Let's imagine you're going outside and want to take toys with you. You have a lot of them, but you can only take six. How many should you take then?

The counting will help you. Take some toys and call them using numbers: one, two, three, four, five, six. When you name the toy, put it aside from other toys in order not to get mixed. As soon as you say six, stop counting. You have counted out six toys that you will take with you to the playground.

We can count not only objects but minutes, hours, steps, sounds, and sighs. In the pirate maps, the route to the treasure chest is laid by the steps: take ten steps straight from the palm tree, turn left, take nine steps, turn right, take two steps. Stop here. You are at the goal. Dig in. There is a treasure buried here.

And if a pirate does not know how to count, he will not find a chest. But you can, so if a treasure map falls into your hands, then you will easily find the right place. With each step, you need to say the numbers: one, two, three... After each turn, start the score again. Just don't forget that you have to pronounce only one number for each step. In general, now you know how to act, if you want to find a treasure using the map. Until then, practice counting.
