Detailed explanation for Math Identify base numbers

Put your left hand on the table so that all the fingers are visible.

Clench your right fist and put it next to your left hand. Outstretch the thumb of your right hand. Now you can see five fingers of the left hand and one finger of the right.

It is the number six, which is denoted by the digit 6. Outstretch another finger of your right hand.

You've added one to your six fingers. It turned out to be seven. The number seven is indicated by the digit 7. Adding one finger more and more, we will get the numbers eight, nine, and ten.

So, we get:

five (5) and one (1) will be six. This number is indicated by the digit 6.

six (6) and one (1) will be seven. This number looks like 7.

seven (7) and one (1) will be eight. This number is denoted by the digit 8.

eight (8) and one (1) will be nine. Write this number as 9.

nine (9) and one (1) will be ten. We will denote it as 10.

So, now you know only the numbers from zero to ten, and the digits that denote them:

One - 1

Two - 2

Three - 3

Four - 4

Five - 5

Six - 6

Seven - 7

Eight -8

Nine - 9

Ten - 10

Each number should be in its place. You need to learn the order of numbers from 1 to 10 by heart: 1_2_3_4_5_6_7_8_9_10.
