There is a line of numbers from 1 to 10. The arrangement of the numbers is from lesser to greater. Each number has its place in the row. The smallest number 1 is in the first place in the row. The last place in the line occupies number 10, which is the largest number in this line. We may find certain numbers to the right and left of each number. According to the text, there is always number 3 to the left of number 4. And there is number 5 to the right of number 4. The order of the numbers in the line never changes. Try to remember it by heart: 1_2_3_4_5_6_7_8_9_10. Using this tip, you can easily determine which number is missing and avoid mistakes when counting items. Also, it is useful to know by heart the reverse order of numbers from 10 to 1: 10_9_8_7_6_5_4_3_2_1.
