Write numbers in words:

How can we count more than ten objects if we only know the numbers from 1 to 10? Which words should we use? The digits after ten are called the second ten numbers. They consist of two signs. The first sign indicates the tens in the number, and the second determines the ones. The number of tens in the numbers from 10 to 19 equals one. And the number of ones can change.
The number 10 has one ten and zero ones.
The number eleven follows 10. It is a ten plus one.
Twelve is a ten and two ones.
Thirteen - one ten, three ones.
Fourteen - four ones and a ten.
Fifteen - ten and five ones.
Sixteen - six ones, one ten.
Seventeen - seven ones and a ten
Eighteen - eight ones and a ten
Nineteen - a ten and nine ones
Twenty - two tens, zero ones
We can easily remember the numbers from 13 to 19, as they end in -teen, which sounds like "ten". The last digits of these numbers determine the number of ones in each of them. If you learn numbers from 1 to 9, you will quickly memorize the writing and pronunciation of numbers from 13 to 19.
There are no hints for "eleven” and "twelve”. Although... “- ven" sounds like one, and "twe -" is similar to the written word "two".
