This task is the perfect learning activity that helps children develop analytical and arithmetic skills. When completing the task, children should fill in the missing cells, having previously identified the pattern of one and two-digit numbers.
Trying to find the pattern, children will discover that they need to practice their addition and subtraction skills, generate their hypotheses, test and confirm them.
Explain to the children that in each line the pattern is different, so to conclude the task they should use logic and be very attentive with finding out the transparency of numbers.
These pages can be used as a whole assignment, extra practice for the addition and subtraction of two-digit number, or as a test.
